Change password

User

  1. Open the Sign in page on our website.
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. After logging in, hover over the My account item at the top of the page – a dropdown menu will appear.
  4. In the displayed menu, click on the Account details option.
  5. On the account details page, find the Change password section.
  6. In the Change password section, fill in:
    1. Current password
    2. New password
    3. Confirm new password
  7. Click on Save changes

Done, your password has been successfully changed.

Seller

  1. Open the Sign in page on our website.
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. In the top right corner, click on your user profile image and a menu will appear
  4. Click on My account
  5. In the Change password section, fill in:
    1. Current password
    2. New password
    3. Confirm new password
  6. Click on Save changes

Done, your password has been successfully changed.
