Step 1: Select a product

On the e-shop, choose the product you want to buy. Click on the product and a page with
details, price, and images will open.

Step 2: Add to cart

Click the green ADD TO CART button.
After clicking, a green notification will appear in the top right corner of the page: “The item has
been added to your cart!”

Step 3: Check the number of products in the cart

Next to the cart icon in the top right corner, you will see a number – this is the number of products you currently have
in your cart. This number updates each time you add a product.

Step 4: Go to the cart

Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the
Cart page, where you can see a list of all products, their quantities, and individual prices.

Step 5: Review cart contents

On the cart page, check:

• The names of the products you have selected
• The quantity of each product
• Individual and total prices
• The option to change quantity (buttons + and −)

If you want to remove a product, click the X next to the product.

Step 6: Proceed to checkout

When you are satisfied with your cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
You will be redirected to a page where you fill in your details and choose the delivery and payment method.

Step 7: Fill in contact details

On the checkout page, fill in your contact and billing information:

• First name – your name
• Last name – your surname
• Street – house number and street
• ZIP code – postal code
• City – your city or town
• Phone – your contact number
• Email – your email address

Step 8: Select delivery method

In the Your order section, choose how you want to receive the goods:

Personal pickup – collect the goods directly at our store
Packeta – home delivery – the goods will be delivered to your address
Packeta – pickup point – collect the goods at a selected Packeta pickup point

Step 9: Select payment method

In the Payment section, choose how you want to pay for your order:

• Direct bank transfer – you will receive bank account details and pay via bank transfer
• Cash on delivery – you pay when receiving the shipment
• Card payment – you pay using a debit or credit card

Step 10: Review total and complete the order

Check the final Amount to pay (product price + shipping − any discounts). When
you are sure, click the PLACE ORDER button.

Step 11: Order confirmation

After clicking the order button, a confirmation page will appear. On this page,
you will find:

• Order number – a unique identifier of your order
• Order date – when you created the order
• List of products – all items you have ordered
• Prices – individual and total amounts
• Delivery and payment method – your selection
• Billing details – the address to which the invoice will be issued

This information will also be sent to your email address.

Step 12: Track your order

Your order has been successfully received. After payment, you will be able to track the delivery status
in your account. You will also receive updates via email.

What should I do if I forgot to pay?
If you have not paid within a certain period, the order may be cancelled. In this case,
