Step 1: Create a product

After logging into the e-shop administration, go to the Products item in the left sidebar menu and then click on Add new product.

Step 2: Fill in the basic product information

Upload Product Image

At the top of the form, you will see the UPLOAD PRODUCT IMAGE area. Click in this area and select an image of your product from your computer.

Enter Product Name

In the Product name… field, enter the exact name under which you want to sell the product.

Set the Price

In the Price section, fill in:

• Price – the base selling price in euros (€)
• Sale price – if you want the product to be sold at a discounted price
• Schedule – if you want the product to be sold at a discounted price during a specific period, click the blue Schedule link

Select Category

In the Category section, choose which category the product belongs to (e.g. Electronics). You can modify your selection by clicking the pencil icon.

Enter Short Product Description

In the Short product description section (large text box), write a detailed description of your product – features, material, dimensions, benefits, and everything a customer should know.

This description is displayed in the catalog and on the product detail page next to the image on the right side.

Done – your product has been created. Now continue with the product settings in the next window that appears after clicking Create product.

Step 3: Guide to Detailed Product Settings in the Store

Basic Product Information

On this page, you will see the Name field – this is the full name of your product that you set in the previous step.

Edit Product URL

In the Product URL section, you can edit your product’s web address. If you want to change the URL, simply overwrite it.

Select Product Type

In the Product type section, select the appropriate type:

• Simple – a standard physical or digital product (most commonly used)

Set Delivery Type

In the Downloadable section, you decide whether the products are:

• Digital product – the customer downloads it after purchase (e.g. e-book, software)
• Physical product – the customer picks it up or receives it by mail

Category, Price and Descriptions

In the Category section, make sure the correct category is set (from the previous step).

In the Price section, verify the set price (from the previous step).

In the Short description, you can see the text you set earlier.

In the Description, there is a long product description that is displayed below the product in the e-shop.

Set Inventory – SKU

In the Inventory section, enter the SKU (stock keeping unit) – it is the internal code of your product.

Stock Status

In the Stock status section, select one option:

• In stock – the product is available
• Out of stock – the product is currently unavailable
• On backorder – the customer can order it, and it will be delivered later

Inventory Management

Check the Enable stock management box if you have a limited quantity of products in stock and want to track inventory.

Limit Order Quantity

Check Enable only one quantity of this product per order if you want the customer to be able to order only 1 piece at a time.

Set Shipping

Check This product requires shipping if it is a physical product (not a digital one).

If you checked it, you must fill in:

• Weight (kg) – the weight of the product
• Length (cm) – the length of the package
• Width (cm) – the width of the package
• Height (cm) – the height of the package

This information is required by the courier company to calculate shipping.

Tax Status and Tax Rate

In the Tax status section, select one option:

• Taxable – recommended for most products (VAT of 23% is calculated in Slovakia)
• Shipping only – only shipping is taxed
• None – the product is not taxed

In the Tax rate section, select the correct tax rate:

• Standard – 23% (standard rate)
• Reduced rate – 19% (for certain products)
• Reduced rate – 5% (for food, medicines, etc.)

Product Status and Visibility

In the Additional options section:

In the Product status section, select:

• Online – the product is visible to customers
• Draft – the product is hidden (you are still working on it)

In the Visibility section, select:

• Visible – all customers can see it
• Hidden – only you can see it

Order Note

In the Order note section, you can write a message that the customer will receive in the order email (e.g. “Thank you for your purchase!” or additional instructions).

Enable Reviews

Check Enable product reviews if you want customers to be able to leave reviews and ratings for your product.

Save Product

After filling in all fields, click the green Save product button in the bottom right corner.

Done – your product is successfully set up and is visible in the e-shop. Customers can now browse and purchase it.

Step 1: Start registration

1. In the top right corner, go to “SIGN IN” and a dropdown menu will appear.
2. In this dropdown menu, click the “Create a new account” button.

Step 2: Basic account information

Fill in the following information:

Email Address (required)

• Enter your valid email address (e.g., demo@envirosource.store)
• This email will serve as your login name

Password (required)

• Create a secure password
• The password will be masked with asterisks
• Click the eye icon if you want to show the password

Account Type (required)

Select the “I am a seller” option.

Step 3: Seller Registration – Basic Information

In this step, fill in the information about your store

Email address (required)

• Your email address (entered in step 2)
• Example: demo@envirosource.store

Password (required)

• Your password (entered in step 2)
• The password is displayed as dots

First name (required)

• Your first name

Last name (required)

• Your last name

Store name (required)

• The full name of your store
• Example: My Store

Store URL (required)

• The web address of your store on the platform
• Example: my-store
• The system will automatically generate a recommended URL

Company name

• Your company name
• Example: Enviro

Company ID (ICO)

• Organization identification number
• Example: 55 691 099

VAT ID

• Tax identification number
• Example: SK2122123300

Bank name

• Bank name for payouts
• Example: Bank

Bank IBAN

• International Bank Identifier
• Example: SK90 1100 0000 0012 3456 7890

Phone number (required)

• Your contact phone number
• Example: 0911222333

Click the green “SIGN UP” button

Step 4: Confirmation Message – Welcome to the Marketplace!

• Click “Let’s go!” – to continue with the setup (recommended)
• Click “Not now” – to skip and return later

Step 5: Store Setup – Address

In this step, enter the address and basic information of your store.

Street (required)

• Enter the street and house number
• Example: Výšie hrdlo 76

Street 2 (optional)

• Additional address (apartment number, etc.)
• The field is empty if not required

City (required)

• Enter the city where the store is located
• Example: Bratislava

ZIP code (required)

• Enter the postal code
• Example: 821 07

Country (required)

• Select a country from the dropdown list
• Select: Slovakia

Click the green “Continue” button

Step 6: Payment Setup – Bank Transfer

In this step, you will set up the payout method for your earnings.

Account holder

• Enter the name of the account holder
• Example: Enviro

Account type

• Select your account type from the dropdown list

Account number

• Enter your bank account number
• Example: 1234567890

Bank routing code

• Enter your bank’s routing code
• Example: 1100

Bank name

• Enter the name of your bank
• Example: Bank

Bank address

• Enter the branch or address of the bank
• Example: Your bank’s address

Bank IBAN

• Enter your bank account IBAN
• Format: SK90 1100 0000 0012 3456 7890

Bank SWIFT code

• Enter your bank’s SWIFT code

Additional bank information

Consent

• Check the box: “I declare that I am the owner and have full authority over this bank account”

Click the “Continue” or “Skip this step” button (if you want to change the settings later)

Step 7: Registration Complete

• Click the “Go to your store dashboard!” button – to continue to the store management area
• Click the “Return to Marketplace” link – to go back to the main page
